Resources you may not know about

Useful, tedious, painful, frustrating - whatever. It's a lot easier searching for ancestors online than in person at government records offices.

Try these sites for starters: Ancestry.com. Useful searching before it gets expensive. Can't argue with the US Census. Haven't tried it but My Trees looks OK. I am using Genes Reunited and it's a funky way to build up a tree and share and compare.

Another gallery

You may find it convenient to explore our family gallery in a different format. Same content for now but it's quicker for me as admin to get the images up there, so it may become the preferred gallery. Let me know what you think.
